About AIT

Trying to communicate in just a few words what AIT is all about is impossible but we like a challenge, so here goes…

What do we do?

We provide larger businesses and public sector organisations with software managed, wired and wireless networks that are easy to connect to and reliable; CCTV that doesn’t need any local boxes and doesn’t use up all your bandwidth; and solutions that remotely manage power and cooling in data centres and critical estates.  The common link between these services is innovation and the use of Cloud software to analyse complex data and make changes that save time, cut costs and improve the user’s experience.

Why do we do it?

Like everyone else we need to work to provide food and shelter for our loved ones and to give ourselves a sense of purpose and achievement. We choose to do what we do because we love it and, according to our customers and suppliers, we are good at it. They have also told us that we are different to other suppliers because we care about doing a good job.

Why trust us?

We have been around a long time. AIT was born in 2002 and we have gained a lot of experience, skill and knowledge in that time. This has enabled us to develop excellent processes that make it easier for us to repeat the good things we do, something acknowledged by independent auditors who have awarded AIT ISO9001, 14001, 18001 and 27001 and validated our Service Desk and Project Management which follow ITIL and Prince 2 best practice.
