Steve Bailey | Managing Director
A reluctant entrepreneur, Steve set up the business in 2002 at the suggestion of people in his team, while working for a large technology company. They followed him into the new business that evolved into AIT and 20 years later, they are still with the company. Steve loves the challenge of growing the business and is committed to achieving success for all of AIT’s customers, team members and partners. In his younger days, he was an enthusiastic but very average rugby player and he remains a passionate fan of the game. These days he keeps fit by running, cycling and being Dad to two young children.

Without Ian we wouldn’t be here!. He was instrumental in setting up the business and has been the cornerstone of the company from the beginning. Chris Hart | Operations Director
Chris is passionate about delivering excellence. With over 20 years’ experience as a senior manager and business owner of technology businesses, he is skilled at balancing the needs of the customer with the wellbeing and safety of his team. Personable and self-assured, Chris possesses a logical and analytical approach to solving complex issues. He has been instrumental in leading a robust service culture by implementing ITIL guided processes to align our services with our customers’ business needs. With responsibility for Service Desk, Health, Safety, Wellbeing and personal development as well as all operational matters, Chris is a key part of AIT’s success. A dedicated father with a large family, Chris is also, for some unknown reason, a Leeds United supporter.
