- Option 1 : Extension of manufacturer's warranty. Choose from 1 or 2 years additional cover.
- Option 2 : Advance replacement. If your solution goes down we'll get a temporary replacement to you whilst your issue is resolved.
- Option 3 : 365 On-Site Support. We can provide engineering resource on-site to fix or replace the problem unit.
On-site support is provided on by our own engineering team, with telephone support under maintenance provided 24/7.
Maintenance Contracts
AIT offer a flexible approach to maintenance contracts. We can offer 4, 8 or 24 hour response times and annual contracts. In some circumstances we can also offer longer or shorter contracts if required.
An AIT Maintenance Contract Provides:
